So I got a message from someone at Henry Coe State Park to answer my question of specifically what parts are closed and what parts are open. The park has this information at the HQ. I haven't found a detailed map online showing this, and it's not on their website. In fact, this post may be the first online listing of this information. This list might be incomplete and misspelled.
