Would anyone like to hike around the Tenessee Valley area to Tenessee Cove this Saturday in Marin? It could be a short or long hike. I know it conflicts with the music festival on Treasure Island but it's a much cheaper way to spend a Saturday.
I'm still trying to decide myself and am just assessing the level of interest.

I'm interested in 2 +/- hours. I'm not an extreme hiker by any means, but I'd like to get in at least a little hill work, if possible. Sound OK?
Anyway, maybe 10am-ish?

Thu, September 13, 2007 - 7:52 PMThat sounds ambitious...after my car accident, I'm just getting my hiking legs back so I think the plan is to do an afternoon hike on Satuday, leaving Oakand around 2:30 and maybe do a 5 mile round trip hike to Tennessee Valley cove and back. Maybe watch the sunset so anyone who is interested should bring flashlights. It'll be fun, folks.
