I've been really enjoying hiking in the rain (mostly in Redwood and Joaquin Miller parks). I find that a little steepness keeps me warm and a little foresty cover keeps the elements...gentle? I want to do something new Saturday. Any suggestions for damp, creeky, foresty, maybe even waterfallful goodness? My shoes have found a permanent spot in the garage so the mud doesn't deter me.

Arnold Snarb, are you still about? Can you describe that route from the coast to Berry Ceek Falls? I'd really like to do that in this weather...
